Required For Shipping:
We will normally ship the order by common carrier/ground within 1-5 working days. However, you should allow up to 3 to 10 business days for its arrival.
Back Orders:
Some of our products are in high demand and there may be a short delay in shipping those products. If a product is expected to be on back order for more than 7 days we will notify you.
A: Factory
Defect or Error: Full return, full credit, minus freight charges - Or replacement shipment
at no charge.
B: Customer
Ordering Error: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all
shipping charges incurred by got billet . (this includes products that shipping was
included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, except for factory defect
(Such errors include, but not limited to: ordering incorrect model, year, color, product
code number, or changes after shipment). Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping
and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If
product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or a credit.
